I have been in the BPO/KPO industry for over a decade now. I started as a renewal/sales representative with Convergys, for OnStar. I stayed there for roughly 4 years and then moved as a technical support specialist, still with OnStar. Spent 4 more years there before moving to Automated Data Processing(ADP). I was with Major account services, as a Senior Payroll Administrator. We cater questions from payroll and HR administrators. I answer questions from hiring an employee to terminating them. I help clients with questions about tax, W2s, amendments, insurance and everything people normally see in their pay stubs. I left ADP back in October 2017. Since then, I have been working from home handled different tasks/projects from cold calling, appointment setting, administrative tasks, social media management, recruitment, and human resource management.
