Profile Description

I have 10+ year of progressive work experience in the accounting industry with various local corporations.  Additionally, I have 3+ years of expertise in remote bookkeeping and general accounting supporting clients in the US and Australia while proficiently utilizing QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero Software in managing clients' financial transactions. 

The industries I have experience working with on an international level include: 

1. Restaurant 
2. Construction 
3. Real Estate 
4. Film Production 
5. Medical Practitioner 
6. Retail  

Below are some of the key responsibilities that I do regularly as a  virtual bookkeeper/accountant: 

1. Constant updating of accurate financial records.
2. Regular bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.
3. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including invoice processing, electronic payment to suppliers, vendor management and payment collection reconciliation.
4. Process payroll using Employee Hero, Deputy, Xero and PAYGW reconciliation.
5. Manage month- end closing of books and do adjusting entries.
6. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.  
7. Help in tax preparation and filing such as General Excise Tax (GET), 1099 for US clients,  and ensure GST compliance, IAS and BAS lodgement for AU
8. Organize financial records through cloud storage.
