I have been in the Finance And Accounting industry for over 8 years, handling local and US-based clients utilizing QuickBooks Online and other accounting tools and software. Below are some of the things I usually do and offer;                                                                                                                                                                                                      1.Bank, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reconciliation                                  2. Recording of daily expenses through Vendor's portal                                                    3.Manually recording transactions that don't auto feed                                                        4.Proper categorization of Daily transactions:
    • Expenses
    • Sales
    • Purchases                                                                                                                                5.Sales and Invoicing:
    • Create and send invoices to customers.
    • Record sales transactions and update accounts receivable                                  6.Financial Reporting:
    • Generate financial statements (P&L statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow            statement)                                                                                                                             7.Assist in Tax preparation (1099 filings)
     • Add Payer in Upgrade to see actual info
     • Add Recipient/vendors in Upgrade to see actual info
     • File Form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC                                                                               8.Audit Support:
      • Assist in the preparation of documents and records for internal or external     audits.
9. Ensuring that all Payables and Receivables are correctly entered and tracked.            10. Payroll processing through the Gusto System                                                                  11.
