Hi! I am a dedicated bookkeeper offering a fresh perspective and keen attention to detail, backed by hands-on experience working with real financial data during my bookkeeping course. 

While I’m new to offering bookkeeping professionally, my background in the BPO industry introduced me to handling financial records.
I briefly worked with financial account assisting customers with tax-related transactions, reviewing purchases, and processing disputes.
I also handled e-commerce support  where I processed payments and managed order transactions.

I am a certified Xero Advisor, well versed in QuickBooks Online, and I’d love to help you maintain accurate and organized books, freeing up your time, money, and energy so you can focus on what matters most which is growing your business.

Here's what I can do:

XERO and QUICKBOOKS SETUP & MAINTENANCE:
*Customize chart of accounts for your business needs
*Upload historical transactions from bank data
*Assist with setting up bank feeds, as applicable
*Help integrate third-party tools, if necessary
*Customized Reporting

DAILY BOOKKEEPING SERVICES:
*Record cash receipts and income from bank deposits
*Track cash disbursements and expenses from bank transactions
*Log interbank transfers
*Make any necessary adjusting entries
*Reconcile bank transactions and credit cards with statements
*Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
*Create bills, sales invoices, credit notes and purchase orders

MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORTING:
*Balance sheets
*Profit and Loss Statements
*Provide month-to-month comparisons, when applicable
