- Providing administrative support to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical offices remotely

- Setting patient appointments and managing calendar

- Handling medical records through various EMR and EHR systems paired with great familiarity of the US Healthcare system (obtaining prior authorizations, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, explaining charges and copays/patient responsibilities to patients, etc.)

- Managing communications between patients and healthcare providers through phone calls (inbound/ outbound), emails, and chats

- Accomplishing data entry tasks by collecting and entering data in databases and necessary applications and maintaining accurate records of valuable information.

- Allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care by streamlining administrative tasks using strong understanding of healthcare related skills and techniques that include familiarity in medical terminologies, preparing SOAP notes, and scribing patient charts.

- Utilizing computer literacy and knowledge in using programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Adobe Software
