I provided clients with content they need for various projects including blogs, social media posts, landing pages, etc. Eventually moving up to an editorial position where I managed a pool of writers, handled project coordination and revisions to meet clients' needs.
I had the opportunity to work on eCommerce platforms starting as a product lister. My role includes creating descriptions for products, editing/optimizing images, listing setup and layout. My tasks eventually expanded to overall online store management including inventory management, market research, pricing strategies, etc. The platforms I've worked on are BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon, Magento, and Shopify.
