My skills;
1) I call homeowners and get you motivated sellers & distressed property owners.
2) I collect details of property like - condition of house, HVAC condition, condition of roof, windows and carpet, when was the list time remodeled, how many beds/baths, sq.ft. asking price, any mortgage, what's the reason for sell & if rented how much is the rent income per month.
3) I will set up appointments for you to visit the property and meet the owner.
4) I provide detailed notes for each phone call I make.
