I have been in the government service for the past sixteen years where I have gained much knowledge in Customer Servicing in the Banking and Finance industry. I have strong writing and oral communication skills, both in English and Filipino. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace. My experience as the Executive Assistant also paved way to augment not just my organization and time-management skills, but also strengthened my ability to work independently and facilitate multiple tasks as assigned by my manager. On top of the different Windows-based applications used in the bank, I have basic skills in troubleshooting of computer system units which I gained in my small part-time business as a computer shop owner. I am loyal, driven and time-bounded. Moreover, I also do volunteer work as a Sunday School Teacher to children in our local Church which helped me build up my confidence as well as my coaching and communication skills. I want to further enhance myself and be exposed in other opportunities to earn but at the same time to be of help to other employers who are in need of hardworking and customer-oriented employees.
