My last job was at BPI MS Insurance Corp. Where I reach out to clients or businesses with overdue accounts via phone, email, or mail. Keeping detailed records of interactions, payments, and account status in our database. Investigating Discrepancies, Maintaining Compliance, Reporting to Supervisors, and Generating Reports. I am also responsible for Accounts Management, Data Entry, Preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
