Profile Description

I have 18 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications company based in the U.S.. I have been handling technical calls and a bit of marketing. I garnered awards as Top Agent and Best in Quality in my experience in the BPO industry and my forte has been customer service. I did 2 years of creative writing for an online magazine, and I have been doing VA work for a local business which also includes managing their FB Page. I also do digital marketing for them; I create their k (graphics) through Canva, I make & schedule posts,  run ads,  set appointments, and answer messages. I am a creative individual. I have learned to be resourceful since I grew up with limited resources. I can work in a team environment but I also enjoy learning on my own. On my free time, I pour out my ideas into my blog. I have a blog dedicated to free writing (xxxxxxxx ) and another for poetry ( xxxxxxxx ). I also have a passion for visual arts. I am articulate and I dream to combine my creative ideas into writing and speech and so that led me into content creation. I have been dedicating some time into creating YouTube videos( xxxxxxxx ). I have channeled my inner passion for art through makeup in the videos I do. I love learning and developing new strategies for personal and social well-being. I am goal-oriented and I am willing to pour out all my potentials into something I am inclined to do. I am young, single, free-spirited yet open-minded.To sum it up, I make it my personal goal to become an asset to the company I am working for, with the use of my skills and love for excellent results.I am passionate about customer service, content development, research, writing, & graphics. I am also well-versed in social media management and marketing. I like brainstorming ideas, and learning new skills. With ample training and solid vision, I should be able to guarantee quality results!
