- I worked with a Digital Marketing Company on a Project basis and my job was to look for Social Media Influencers who might be interested to collaborate with them. I reached out to them via email and if they respond with a yes, I'll set an appointment between them and the Marketing Department. But prior to the main goal, I use my expertise in Research as I have to look for their accurate contact details, make sure that the lead is fresh to avoid duplicates before inputting the data to the CRM. - I worked as a Social Media Manager in a Real Estate company for straight 5 years. My job was to post off-market deals on Facebook and cater inquiries. I usually ask for contact details then forward to the Disposition team.

I pull up leads of possible property sellers from different platforms such as Propstream, Realeflow and Batchskip. I manually look for Social Media Influencers from different SocMed platforms such as Pinterest, Youtube, IG, Tiktok, and Facebook. I manually look for leads from LinkedIn and gather their information to be input to sheets or CRM.

I blast daily newsletter using GetResponse I send emails manually to the email address of the potential leads that are scraped for the day. I send automated emails to certain lists of leads using Email Campaign Platform but before sending them out, I verified the emails first to lessen or avoid email bounce.

I do basic editing using Capcut for my personal Reels and Videos on my Social Media Platform.

I update Google Spreadsheet on a daily basis. I input relevant data on CRMs. I draft and blast daily newsletters to potential buyers. I monitor KPI of a certain department by checking if all leads are being contacted, following up when a lead is missed, making a tally as to how many leads are contacted per day by an agent. I pull up leads of possible property sellers from different platforms such as Propstream, Realeflow and Batchskip.

I used to substitute a Transaction Coordinator in a Real Estate Company for a short time and that's where I got the idea of how this task goes. I coordinate with the owner of the house, potential lead buyer and field manager regarding their availability for property inspection and walkthrough. As for the closing process, I coordinate with the seller, buyer and the Title company regarding documents that need to be taken cared of.
