Over the past years of working, I am very confident that I have all the necessary skill sets to work as a virtual assistant. My expertise lies in administrative tasks. I excel at executing assignments while maintaining their accuracy and timeliness. Participating in monthly meetings has enhanced my skills and helped me pinpoint areas for improvement.
I worked as a customer service representative, handling financial technology accounts, before I became an assistant club manager at Anytime Fitness, where I learned different aspects of the business, from lead generation to boosting the club's revenue. Because of these, I was able to provide immense support in keeping the customers' engagement, which I highly believe is the backbone of every business out there.
I also managed the social media page of Anytime Fitness, where I scheduled posts, answered inquiries, sent direct messages, and stayed in tune with the trends. This introduced me to the basic graphic design I have always wanted to
master.
I get the most energy from monitoring insights and boosted posts. I also

Encountering a prospect face to face is limited and that's where Email Marketing takes place. Since I started working at Anytime Fitness, email boosting has been primarily used to send promotional offers to every lead or prospect we have. Fitgro is our tool for creating campaigns, allowing us to personalize each template to our brand's standard designs and provide precise details for each email. I used spreadsheets to categorize our target audience for uploading to our drip marketing to avoid being labeled as spam emails. Lastly, I monitor the statistics to ensure the success or shortfall of our campaign.

As the Social Media Manager at Anytime Fitness, I am creating our brand’s online presence, engaging with members, and keeping the community connected. I made fun and motivating content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook to let people know what's happening inside our club and to share fitness tips for everyone. I am also implementing our social media management strategies while complying with our brand's policy to utilize our promotions and drive our sales.

Receiving emails every minute is uncontrollable but what’s controllable is how you sort them out. Replying promptly and precise is also crucial when it comes to emailing. I am a fan of moving emails from one folder to another. Creating a folder is a great aid in managing emails. In this way, I get to prioritize the emails that need urgency. I also utilize the pin feature of the platform in Outlook so I won’t miss any emails. Even though we have an automated response set up for emails we receive, I always customize the response I send. I believe the emails I am sending represent our brand, and that’s why it’s worth every second of your time.

I worked as a freelancer at Transcription Staff for 6 months after the pandemic last 2020. Along with my headphones and laptop, I'm sitting with an hour of audio to be transcribed in 5 hours. I'm pretty proud of myself for being able to finish it in such a period but believe me, for all those short audios I have to be consistent in finishing just so I can accept longer minutes to an hour is so sturdy of me. To make sure I am well-equipped before I start a project, I researched a lot of tools that can help ease my dilemma. I used an app that can transcribe the whole audio for me. It's not going to be perfect but I give it another go myself so I can proofread it too and make sure that the audio I'm working on makes sense. I also downloaded a bunch of grammar correctors like Grammarly, to ensure the 100?curacy of my file. This is how I learned the importance of human connection and technological innovation. I get to know myself more and empower myself that I am someone who perseveres. Not everything is going to be easy but it will all circle back on what action you'll be doing to ease your life.

It may sound a bit intimidating, but Microsoft Excel is the most helpful tool a person can have nowadays. The formulas, keyboard shortcuts, and, pivot table are hard to learn but once you get the hang of it, you’re good to go. I always have an active spreadsheet as our reports and generated data are all tracked using an Excel file. I use Excel to compute our club’s revenue, my team’s salary computation, etc.
