APPOINTMENT SETTER
I started my VA career as an appointment setter for a healthcare product. I have been helping people past 60 years of age and the ones with disabilities for the health coverage. I am also in charge of generating leads through excel sheets and email management.

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES
Experienced working with a known US automotive manufacturer for the span of 3 years. I have specialized in dealing with car dealers and parts manufacturer over the phone, making sure that a car dealership receives the part item to assist their customers' car repairs.

TRAVEL SERVICES
I was an advanced ticketing agent for one of the travel agencies in the US. Assisting the customers on both domestic and international flights and have a knowledge on using GDS tools (SABRE, WSPN, FLX) for reissuance of tickets, name and schedule changes. I was also handling escalated calls whenever an escalated customer is at present.

SOLAR ACCOUNT
As a Case Escalation Expert, I have dealt with both escalated cases and escalated customers. Making sure that each and every one of them will be assisted and all concerns are resolved regarding their solar equipment and that everything is up and running. My scope of work was everything from solar production, billing disputes, collections, up through setting up an appointment for a technician visit.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
I started my career in BPO as a technical support representative for 2 accounts; Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Smart Appliances. My job post was to answer customers' inquiries, assist them with troubleshooting and setting up an appointment with a technician.

10 years of hard work, focus and dedication. I have a wide knowledge on working with admin tasks as I have worked with both phone and admin reports for most of the companies I've been with. I am also proficient in English on both written and verbal. I have dealt with multiple clients on-site and on-line.
