I am looking for a part time job in order to maximize my skills and be able to help other real estate agents. Below are my skills and the tools I am familiar with.

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

* Coordinate a real estate transaction between buyers and sellers from escrow up to closing.
* Prepare seller/buyer intake paperwork and send them to the clients for their signatures.
* Circulate contracts until they get fully executed by the buyers and sellers.
* Send fully executed contracts to mortgage brokers and lawyers.
* Schedule showings for the clients.
* Complete pricing worksheets in order to determine the best offer amount if the client wants to buy a property.
* Pull public records online.
* Pull comps and complete pricing worksheets.
* Draft listings on MLS.
* Coordinate communications between mortgage brokers, lawyers, listing/buyer agents and house inspectors to make sure we hit all deadlines.
* Email and calendar management.
* Order closing gifts.
Social Media Producer
* Design graphics on Canva and post them on social media.
* Edit podcast videos.
* Draft weekly blogs and podcast episode briefings.
* Send Open House invites through reverse match emails.
* Draft monthly newsletters and send them to all contacts every 1st of the month.
* Post Open House schedules on social media
* Manage all social media accounts.
* Draft and schedule all social media postings.
* Manage social media calendar.
