Most of my experience are more on solving technical issues but not on call centers. Solving and analyzing errors from clients. Debug and find solution to the problem. And record/create a way on how to properly troubleshoot it if that occurs again.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical task. Providing support to my co workers, assisting the office daily needs, maintaining appropriate filing systems, preparing reports,working papers and doing some IT related jobs when needed.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I manage and implemented an Active Domain , File Server, Back up Server, FTP server, web hosting(within premise but can access through VPN network),virtual server, printer server. I also trained my colleagues on how to troubleshoot and ideas that might help them to gain more knowledge about server.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I do know how to edit videos but just the basics with effects. However, sometimes I do some research and make something new effects that might help the presentation or the video more understandable.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I can do back end and front end coding but in a limited language only. However, I would like to challenge myself to know more other languages that might help improve the current software. I'm willing to discover new things and adapt it well.
