I have been working with a Business Process Outsourcing company for almost 2 years. I was a Customer Representative for an Online Shopping Website. We are the one who are placing the orders of the customers, tracking down their purchases, giving out compensations and giving them the most rightful words to understand if the delivery was not delivered on their expected dates.

I also tried my skills being a Sales Agent for a certain Hotel Bookings and Package tour deals. We try to offer all the package deals on sale and the hotel rooms that are discounted for the low season.

I have been an Inventory Custodian for a Specific Food Industry. Everyday I'm dealing with the numbers of stocks that was taken out from our storage room and where to deliver the items.
