? Financial Record Keeping: - Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process using accounting  software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Google sheets,ect.) - Cleaning up messy books and making records intact

? Transaction Management: - Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner. - Manage payroll and tax payments accurately and record incoming and outgoing  transactions and post them to the right accounts

? Bank Reconciliation: - Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.

? Financial Reporting: - Prepare Financial Reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.

? Budget Monitoring: - Assist in monitoring and tracking expenses against budgetary guidelines to ensure  financial targets are met.

? Communication: - Collaborate with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and  timely exchange of financial information.
