Here's what i can do:
Setup and/or maintain account of XERO or QuickBooks file including:
- Customization of chart of accounts
- Upload monthly transactions from bank/credit card statements
- Assistance with setup of any bank feeds as applicable
- Customized Reporting
Daily bookkeeping including the following:
- Record cash receipts/income through bank deposits
- Record cash disbursements/expenses through bank transactions
- Record inter bank transfers
- Record any adjusting entries needed
- Recording bank transactions and credit cards statements
- Bank categorization and bank reconciliation
- Creating bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders etc.
Monthly financial reporting including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit and loss statement
- Month to month comparison whenever applicable
- Statement of cash flows
