I also have to constantly check and monitor the market changes so we can give the best interest rate to the Borrower.

As a Mortgage Loan Transaction Coordinator, if our client's credit score is not eligible for a loan or it's too low to get better interest rate, we give them option to do a credit rescore. I analyze their credit and use the tool provided by the credit agency to find out what would be the options available to the client to improve their credit score.
