Setting up accounts on Accounting Software like QBO, Xero, Sage, Wave, A2x and more and it involves the following: Clean up & Catch up data Customized and Uploaded Charts of Accounts. Handling the data migration from old to new system. Setting up vendors, suppliers and customers list. Connecting Bank Accounts to Accounting Software Categorized Transactions Data entry and book preparation Tracking, Sorting, Recording and monitoring of Business Expenses and payments (Accounts Payable)Tracking, Sorting, Recording and monitoring of Sales, Invoice and Receipts (Accounts Receivable)Carrying out monthly Bank Reconciliation. Creates Financial Reports Provide Financial Statements Income Statement / Profit or Loss Cash Flow Statement Balance Sheet Statement of Retained Earnings Troubleshooted and Reconciled financial data Discussing any bookkeeping questions Administrative Task.
