I do have experienced in BPO industry for more than 2 years as a CSR, I was upskilled to handle different LOB such as phamacy concern, billing, and last in member escalation team, therefore I experienced to handle escalated calls. In addition I'd got promoted for a temporary supervisor for 4 months.
