I answer inquiries and comments of clients regarding dental services. Booking their appointments in Google Sheet appointment schedule online. I'll make sure that I finished the checklist every start and end of the shift. I'll always send appointment letters for minor patients and I always share ideas and knowledge on how to improve our teams marketing strategies. These task helps us to develop our Customer Service skills in both professionally and emotionally.

This is my one of my administrative job which my main task is similar in a Customer Service. Our team was assigned to do formal letter for our buyers stipulating their compliance, the response to their complaints and request and answer concerns via digital email, phone call and SMS. We also process different type of transactions up to releasing to the Transferred Certificate of Title to our buyer.

As an Operation Staff I'll make sure that all documents were complete as well as their proof of billing and source of income. I also make sure that the client has the capacity to pay their approved loan.
