Customer Service Representative | Virtual Assistant

As a customer service representative, i have honed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and focus on delivering exceptional service to customers. My work experience demonstrate a strong background in customer service.

In my previous role, I help customer process their orders by adding and removing items to their cart depends on what specific help they need in their account. Sometimes I place the order for them specially if the customer not a tech savvy and or if its elderly customer.

I help customer track their order wether it is from the store or from a fulfillment center for shipping. For a store order I track the order using the specific website a company that used, and as for the shipment order it's the same thing I used the website to track for the shipments its either for a frieght item or just a regular weight of the item.
