Background and experience, I have over five years of experience in remote work, including working in a BPO company.

I spent over a year handling a business-to-business account for a campaign called Ameri life Mid Atlantic company. My role involved contacting licensed health insurance agents across the state, and  do prequalifying questions to ensure they met the criteria for an appointment with our Marketing Director.

And the second one, I worked as an appointment setter for Aloha Hawaii & Tours and Travel Pacific. I reached out to individuals who's interested in traveling, offering free certificates to those who joined our webinar. My responsibilities included making calls, sending emails, and text messages to explain the certificate details and scheduled them an appointments for the webinar at their most convenience time.

In 2022, I secured my first direct client in the cold calling niche for Medicare accounts. My primary task was to contact individuals enrolled in Medicare and transfer them to a licensed agent to discuss the advantages of their plan.

Additionally, I completed a course in Social Media Management and was fortunate to gain a client from the United States. My role involved managing their social media accounts, including Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info, generating leads, updating their pipeline, and increasing engagement on their platforms.
