My responsibilities included ensuring all vendor insurance documents met the necessary standards and compliance requirements set by the Property Management Companies. This involved a thorough review and approval process of various insurance forms, such as certificates of insurance, endorsement forms, and other related documentation. Although I haven't worked directly in an insurance company, I am well-versed in insurance terminologies and functions. I have a solid understanding of ACORD forms, endorsement forms, and various types of insurance policies, including general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto policies. Additionally, I have completed an Insurance Certification. My familiarity with these areas is complemented by my strong analytical skills and attention to detail, which enable me to effectively interpret and manage insurance documents. I am also proficient in using insurance software and tools, which help streamline processes and improve efficiency. We also interact directly with Insurance agents and discuss Insurance requirements to help vendors with their client's requirements. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of Insurance processes.
