I have over 10 years of experience as a customer service specialist, providing excellent service and solutions to customers.

I was tasked as an Interim Quality Assurance Analyst for almost two years. I listened to calls, identified areas for improvement, and participated in customer-client listening programs.

Before that, I also worked as an Office Administrator in a private IT company, doing clerical work and acting as an executive assistant to the company's president.

I am knowledgeable about WordPress and Blogger, although I'm far from an expert in these areas. I manage and maintain several Facebook pages with different niches and approximately a hundred thousand followers. I also provide virtual assistance on an E-commerce website, fulfilling orders, entering data, and providing customer service.
