I'm a seasoned Proofreader, General VA, Content and Copy Editor, Transcription Quality Analyst, Subtitler/Captioner, and Web Research Specialist. Before my freelancing career, I was a part of the BPO industry here in the Philippines involved in Data Analysis, Research and Development, and Customer Service.
