I had an extensive corporate experience as a Customer Service Specialist for 8 years in the Business Process Outsourcing Company and I am an experienced Client Concierge for 6 years in the freelance industry. My previous experiences have afforded me a well-rounded skill set such as;

-following up on HOA documents and scheduling tours for Potential Residents. Coordinating Tour Hosts
-helps in work order inquiries, which includes follow up on contractors and property managers and also  helps in educating Homeowner's Violation
-handles calls, emails, InstagraUpgrade to see actual infossaging, website reviews, and >Facebook comments for an E-commerce industry
-Initiated a call to C-Suite Prospective Clients, and invited them to partake in one of our Podcast Shows and Events to share their expertise and achievements in the market. 
-Response to social media chat inquiries (Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info) Email, and SMS inquiry
-Handles administrative tasks in coordinating with the client’s emails, sets up meeting invites (via Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams) sends out monthly newsletters, schedules social media posts, exports sales reports, contributes to short social media content, caption creation, and graphics.
-Called high volume of residential and business leads to set up an appointment between seller and acquisition manager, ensuring that a property will be closed for sale.
-Calls tenants to collect rental payments, helps them with any repairs needed, and contacts contractors to do the job.
-Managed auto insurance claims where I was solely responsible for the end-to-end process by proactively calling and sending emails to my insured, third party, assessors, and repairers for updates – to ensure completing the claim process promptly and efficiently claim settlements, legal reviews, and investigations by company policies and procedures.
-Liaise customers efficiently with any product inquiry, billing, technical issues, or even complaints they may have. Manage a large volume of incoming calls to build sustainable customer relations.
-Contacted Households and businesses to conduct market research to qualify them for prospective clients.
-Experience with CRMS and tools such as Buildium, CINC, Intercom,  RingCentral, Guidewire, Pipedrive, Phantom Buster, Active Campaign, MOJO, RingCentral, Vonage, Slack, Workday Asana, Buildium, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Applications, and Google Applications, trained with tools e.g., Intercom, Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk.
-Furthermore, my educational background majoring in Mass Communication fits my passion for communicating with other people and I believe communication is more than just understanding the language.
