Information I can gather for you!
1. I call homeowners and get motivated sellers and distressed property owners.
2. I collect details of the property, like
- The general condition of the property and the kitchen, how old the roof is, and the HVAC.
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the property have?
- Is the title of the property free and clear or under the mortgage?
- What is the floor made of?
- What renovations or remodels had the other owner done in the past years?
- Is the property vacant or occupied? And if it is settled, then ask how much they pay.
- Asking about their asking price, the reason why they want to sell the property, and their timeframe in selling the property.
- And lastly, ask what timeframe for a callback so you can talk to them.
3. I will set up appointments for you to visit the property and meet the owner.
4. I provide detailed notes for each phone call I make.
