Client Success Manager-Act as a point of contact for Client concerns, issues, and escalations.-Worked closely with Clients and Virtual Professionals to develop positive relationships. -Ensure Client retention by developing an in-depth understanding of the business priorities and needs.-Provided recommendations, and helpful strategies to help with their business goals.-Advise clients on best practices and helped them manage their Virtual Professionals.-Worked closely with the Director of Operations with regard to business process improvement and business continuity plans.-Facilitate onboarding for new Clients and Virtual Professionals.-Facilitate check-in meetings with clients.-Provided coaching and training to Virtual Professionals.-Monitors day-to-day tasks of Virtual Professionals.Listing and Transactions Coordinator-Listings Manager-Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from the initial contract to the executed purchase agreement.-Prepare all listing materials: Pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, SDs, CMA MLS Management-Consult and coordinate with sellers on all property-related activities - photoshoots, staging, cleaning, signages, lockbox, access requirements, open-house, and other marketing activities.-Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.-Coordinate showings and obtain feedback.-Provided weekly feedback to sellers regarding showings and all other marketing activities.-Transaction Coordination-Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. -Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.-Coordinate inspections and completion of repairs.-Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders etc.-Ensure that all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.-Coordinate closing procedures with the client.-Input all client information into the database or CRM.Administrative and Marketing Support
