I'm an experienced Customer Service Representative handling email,chat & phone support for Technical and financial accounts from 2012 to 2017 in a Cable and Financial Company(BPO)and then became a subject matter expert & floor support. I am an expert with home loans application and dealing with brokers(AUSTRALIA mortgage), and I have vast experience in the call center industry as phone support for financial and customer service and the banking industry. I have been working as a virtual assistant since 2017 and managed a dispatch company based in the US(Trucking and medical) of 10 people.

CRM tools for real estate and mortgage, Microsoft Excel with understanding and experience in data entry. Expert in medical transportation/Logistics freight, operation management, admin assistant,
