Profile Description

I began my career at 18 as a cold dialer while studying, where I called specific individuals in the U.S. to participate in surveys. 
My next role was as a customer service representative for one of the largest telecom companies in the U.S., where I spent two years handling calls. I was then promoted to mentor, training new hires on call handling and company policies. After successfully mentoring two classes, I advanced to Senior Expert, where I supported a team and assisted the team leader with management tasks, including handling escalated calls and various administrative duties.

After nearly two years in that role, I was promoted to Team Leader, managing a team of 12 experts and 1 senior expert. 
Over the next year, I focused on developing new leaders within the team, which led to my promotion to Report Analyst. In this position, I reported directly to our U.S. telecom clients to support operations. My responsibilities included creating materials for site discussions, analyzing performance data, and identifying factors affecting site scores.

Following this, I transitioned to a Marketing Specialist role at a marketing agency, where I handled various administrative tasks and developed promotional strategies for businesses, including clothing apparel and casinos. I crafted creative ideas to boost their visibility and engagement while also serving as their social media manager. This experience allowed me to blend my analytical skills with creativity, further expanding my expertise in driving business growth.
