I've been a Virtual Assistant for more than 4 years already, knowledgeable in Managing files in electronic forms using applications such as Dropbox and Google Docs, adept at completing assignments – such as data entry work and data scraping. Answer customer emails and inquiries. Researched information from the web used to create documents and reports for clients. I'm a self-motivated person and have a positive outlook on life.

Before becoming a VA, I've been in sales for more than 10 years in a Corporate Office, handling different clients and managing my accounts. Customer satisfaction was our main goal. I've done telemarketing (looking for accounts/cold calling/setting up appointments), demo/POC, sending proposals, doing follow-ups and answering calls/client issues.

I would want to have a long-term, stable job where I can share my skills and learn new things and help in building businesses.
