Set-up and/or Manage XERO and QBO files, including:
>Customized / Update Chart of Accounts
>Upload Bank transactions from Bank Data
>Assist with setup of any bank feeds (if needed)
>Customized reporting
Daily Bookkeeping including but not limited to the following:
>Record cash receipts/income from bank deposits
>Record cash disbursement/expenses from bank transactions
>Record interbank transfers
>Creating sales invoices, bills, and expenses
>Categorizing transactions for accurate financial records
>Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statements
Monthly financial report including:
>Balance Sheet
>Income Statement (Profit and Loss)
>Month-to-month Comparisons
