Here's what I can do:
 
Setting up and/or maintaining QuickBooks files, including:
-Customizing the Chart of Accounts to suit specific business needs.
-Ensuring timely entry of transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
-Assisting in setting up bank feeds, if necessary.
 
Daily financial monitoring, including but not limited to the following:
-Documenting cash receipts/income from bank deposits.
-Logging cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions.
-Recording interbank transfers accurately.
-Addressing any required adjusting entries.
-Ensuring reconciliation of bank transactions and credit cards with statements.
-Validating other balance sheet accounts against underlying records.
-Generating bills, sales invoices, purchase orders, etc.
 
Monthly financial reporting including:
-Balance Sheet,
-Profit and Loss Statement
-Comparing month-to-month when relevant.
 
Catch-up Bookkeeping:
-Collecting all financial documents.
-Entering transactions into your records.
-Check that your records match bank statements.
-Correcting any mistakes with adjusting entries.
-Reviewing your financial reports.
-Ensuring you've met tax and regulatory requirements. 
-Organizing your documents for easy access.
