I worked as UMR Provider Customer Service Representative in Optum Global Solutions (Philippines) last 2018. My primary responsibility is to respond to customer's concerns on the first call, and respond to customer service inquiries, and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility, and claims.

I have been working as a freelancer for about 6 years now. During those years, I have experienced working mainly as a content writer and freelance virtual assistant. As of now, I am gearing toward working as a General Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to help my clients lighten their load, be more efficient, and grow their businesses and social media presence by giving thorough assistance, informative content, and putting value in what I do. I have been attending several training courses about being a social media manager, content creation, and content management to help improve and hone my skills and be more informed about the technicalities and the best ways to be an effective social media manager and virtual assistant.
