Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Personal Assistant

I have a vast experience with customer support from my BPO days and as a Transaction Coordinator/Customer Relations with a Real Estate Company in Illinois.

Email management has been one of my key skills. I am adept at organizing inboxes, setting up priority labels, drafting professional correspondence, and ensuring that important communications are never missed—all of which have proven critical in maintaining smooth workflows.

When I started as a Transaction Coordinator, I also took on the role of a personal assistant to my client. I managed his emails and calendar, ensuring he was reminded of urgent and important tasks. To help him prioritize effectively, I implemented a labeling system for his emails, allowing him to quickly identify what required immediate attention. I also managed his Google Voice account (office number), which involved answering calls and following up with vendor partners to streamline operations and maintain excellent client relationships.

This was my work since I started as VA back in May 2, 2022. I started with Lead generation and Appointment setting. Until I Experience being a Transaction Coordinator.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a Supervisor in a customer service environment, where I mastered Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. I developed templates and data sheets that streamlined operations for my team and provided clear, actionable insights for clients. This experience taught me the importance of efficiency and accuracy in documentation and reporting, which I have carried forward into my role as a Transaction Coordinator.
