In addition, I keep both parties informed about property matters, such as rent payments, maintenance updates, and policy changes.
Part of my role is I mediate disagreements between landlords and tenants to maintain a positive living environment.
Lastly, I manage and coordinate maintenance requests from tenants, and landlords ensuring timely and efficient repairs. Also handling vendor payments and ensuring timely invoicing.
