Have held different jobs from Customer service to inbound/outbound sales and technical support through voice, chat and email channels since 2005. Due to my work ethics, broad product knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills, I also moved up to handling escalations, to then floor support and mentored Tier 1 reps which honed me further to become an Operations supervisor.
I also have worked on different home based projects. I have data research and data entry experience and I am knowledgeable in other general administrative or virtual assistant duties and in using Microsoft Office applications as well as Google Applications. I also have experience and knowledge in appointment setting, property management, Amazon store/seller account management, digital marketing, asset collection, onboarding, order processing and fulfillment.
I believe that the technical skills I gained over the years are great of great contributions such as knowledge in using CRMs, tools and apps such as AMZ Seller Central, Helium10, Jungle Scout, AMZ Scout, Keepa, OA Xray, Slack, Teamwork, Asana, Podio, Sendgrid, Vimeo, GoToMeeting, RingCentral, Propertyware, Appfolio, WordPress, Craigslist among many others. Moreover, my soft skills such as being a quick learner, having a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, being able to multitask, meet deadlines, manage time and work under zero to minimal supervision can add value to your company.
