Profile Description

I believe I have the essential qualities that everyone must have to succeed in a professional life. I can say that I am a good communicator. Interacting with people and understanding their feelings makes me happy. I also consider myself to be hardworking, patient, and empathetic. I have great attention to detail and I love doing journals about my life during my leisure time.

I have a solid background in the BPO industry, with over 2 years of experience as a data entry analyst and a customer service representative. Throughout my role as a data entry analyst, I improved my ability to accurately and efficiently manage and input data, as well as gained proficiency in using various software tools. As a customer service representative, I cultivated strong communication and problem-solving skills by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a commitment to providing exceptional service. I also had experience working remotely a long time ago during the pandemic. It was more on data entry and what I do is to encode leads I find online. Moreover, I volunteered as a social media manager at our religious institution a few years ago. I’ve utilized social media to engage with readers and integrated multimedia elements to enhance storytelling. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive skill set that prioritizes attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and managing content.

I've learned many things from my role before, but now I’m looking for something more challenging that can broaden my horizons and help me gain and develop new productive skills.
