Payroll Processing (XERO)

• Process monthly (Hourly, Fixed and Subcontractor)
• Monitor and compute Holiday pay
• Compute overtime time and sales commission

Management Report

• Perform bank reconciliation
• Sales Reconciliation (Stripe, WorldPay,WhatPos)
• Prepare Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet
• Prepares monthly Sales report
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Monitoring of Cash Sales
• Coordinate with the UK Tax Accountants

Accounts Payable

• Monitor payment particularly clinic rents
• Communicate to supplier for invoices
• Coordinate with sales department with invoices prior payment
• Monitoring of outstanding payables
• Reconcile each payment 

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and send Invoices
• Monitoring of outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Send Follow ups
