How I Can Help You:

Payroll Processing 
– Manage employee wages, Holiday Pay, Reimbursements and Bonus
– From timekeeping to pay run and sending of payslip to each employee.
– Coordination with HR for salaries and other documents needed in payroll.

Bank, Stripe, Takepayments and Worldpay Reconciliation 
– Day to day reconciliation and account categorization.
– Keep your accounts accurate and up to date.

Accounts Payable & Receivable 
– Create and send Invoices to tenants and follow up payments
– Prepare and reconcile daily income from CRM report and making sure it was correct from Stripe, Takepayments and Worldpay.
– Prepare and monitor aged payables.
– Upload invoices from DEXT to XERO and approves bills.

Management Report

– Generate and submit Profit and Loss to the owner
– Generate and submit Balance of Sheet to the owner
