We will work together in making your accounting system into an asset that it should be.                                                                                                                                              

My services include:

Setup and/or Maintenance of XERO or Quickbooks file including:
-Customized chart of accounts tailored to your business needs
-Upload historical transactions from bank data
-Assistance with setup of any bank feeds, as applicable

Daily bookkeeping including but is not limited to the following:
-Recording cash receipts and income from bank deposits
-Recording cash disbursements and expenses from bank transactions
-Recording interbank transfers accurately
-Performing necessary adjusting entries
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards 
-Reconciling other balance sheet accounts with underlying records
-Managing bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, and similar transactions

Monthly financial reporting including:
-Balance Sheet
-Profit and Loss
-Month-to-month financial performance comparison where applicable
