Previously, I worked with Accenture as Quality Analyst for Spanish inbound calls. Prior to my stint in Accenture, I worked with InterContinental Hotels Group as Spanish Reservations Manager.
I speak Spanish fluently and consider it as my second language.
I can also be a trainer, researcher and can do transcription, translation at the same time. I am good at MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
