BS in Accountancy graduate with 6+ years in corporate settings where 7months as a Treasury Staff (in a telecom company) - processed payment for Accounts Payable dollar accounts via bank telegraphic transfer then collaborated with clients; and 5+ years as an Accounting System Specialist (in an accounting/consulting firm) - set up client's accounting database using the company’s in-house accounting system, migrated all financial transactions needed, trained users, processed payroll using a payroll software and handled customer support for software troubleshooting

With a strong background in accounting systems/software, relevant experience, proficiency in Xero/QBO accounting systems, and a bookkeeping workshop recently completed, I am excited to be your next Accounting VA | remote bookkeeper.

What I can assist you with:

Set up QBO and Xero with complete charts of accounts, customers, vendors, and product lists,etc

Categorize bank feeds and perform monthly bank reconciliation.

Manually convert PDF bank statements to Excel/CSV, import them into the system, categorize, and reconcile monthly.

Handle invoicing, billing, expenses, and payments for accurate and up-to-date 
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Financial Reporting like Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flows Statements

Process Staff Payroll

Manage emails, handle customer support emails, and other administrative tasks (MS Word, Google Docs, and Canva)
