Profile Description

I've been a freelancer since 2014 and started as a book editor. While I was freelancing, I had the opportunity to get a full-time job within the BPO industry.

That's where I learned a lot about customer support, but I also gained experience as a comm skills analyst and trainer. Taking on those roles made me more critical of language, primarily English.

After a few years in the BPO industry, I dUpgrade to see actual info to focus on freelancing. The WFH setup just became more ideal since I became a mom. So, I've been writing content on different niches since 2018.

The most experience I have is writing on iGaming articles:
- Casino and sportsbook reviews
- Casino and sportsbook top picks
- Latest casino bonuses
(US, UK, CAN audience)

But aside from iGaming content, I've also written articles on niches like tech, CBD, online dating, and gardening.

Before my freelance writing career, I also spent some time training new hires to improve their comm skills within the BPO setting. I can say that this made me a better learner. I can surely take on other niches or topics I don't have experience with. I'll be glad to give you samples of my work if you're interested.

Just let me know!
