-Catch-up Bookkeeping
-Categorizing daily transactions (bank,credit
card, stripe and paypal)
- Process all deposits- Check/Cash, Venmo,
Credit Card , Financing, and others
-Creating Sales invoices and managing A/R
- Troubleshoot old payments and communicate
with client for resolution
 -Publishing receipts in Hubdoc to QBO
- QBO bank feed processing for expenses and
expense refund, coded to the proper account
-Manually recording transactions that don’t
auto-feed
-Ensuring that all Payables and Receivables are
correctly entered and tracked in QBO and Xero
-Bank Reconciliation
- Journal Entries
-Maintaining and reconciling general ledger
accounts
-Managing accounts payable and accounts
receivable processes
-Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring
the accuracy of financial records
-Generating financial reports, including income
statements and balance sheets
-Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
processes
-Preparing and filing tax returns in compliance
with applicable regulations
-Utilizing accounting software such as
QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel to streamline bookkeeping processes.
