I am a BS Accounting Technology graduate who passed the Bookkeeper certification.
Working as an Accounting Staff, specifically Accounts Payable in-charge, I have experience in:
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, posting and other records detailing financial business transactions.
- Updating and reconciling records with external suppliers/service providers.
- Maintaining accounting databases by entering data in MS Excel and processing backups.
- Researching, tracking, and restoring all accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Working in this field has sharpened my observation skills, attention to details, and ability to do work with utmost accuracy.
I have experienced working in Customer Service which enhanced my:
- Proficiency in English, being able to communicate well in writing and speaking the language.
- Problem-solving ability and quick-thinking.
- Adaptability to situations, allowing myself to work with what I currently have.
I have also experienced working as a Marketing Data Analyst in which I:
- Gathered social media ads data for company's daily financial use.
- Put up ads using Facebook Business Manager.
- Communicated with clients for tasks done on a daily basis.
