I started my career in Customer/Tech Support and then as an Account Specialist for almost 6 years in total with a high background in Sales. I started applying for home-based jobs last 2020 and was hired as a B2B appointment setter. Looking to widen my expertise and where I can learn other skills, I applied to an agency that trained people to become Real Estate Virtual Assistants. After passing the training, I started working with different clients/companies and helped them generate leads, contract signing, and closing of deals. I love talking to different people, asking about their needs, and offering solutions through selling their properties may they be commercial or residential. I was working with different states as our targeted market like Illinois, Colorado, and Virginia. I always find ways to turn NO into YES. Working with my clients, I learned different skills like cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, list building, data mining, email marketing/management, social media engager, and other admin tasks. I'm also good with different tools like Hubstaff, Calltools, Podio, Propstream, Craigslist, Batchdriven, REIkit, Zillow, Phone Burner, Leadsherpa, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheet to name some. With hard work and perseverance, I am now celebrating my 3 years as a REVA specializing in lead generation. I’m proud that I was able to help my clients by providing them with quality leads thus, increasing their company’s revenue.
