Community Management – Apart from handling the social media pages, I was in charge of responding to inquiries and interpreting social media analytics.
Sales – Working in the sales department for 7 years has trained me to effectively pitch products to clients as well as maintain client relations.
Technical Support – Due to my background in the BPO industry, I have experience in taking inbound calls and responding to requests, inquiries, and tickets.
Microsoft and Google Workspace – I am highly literate in maximizing Microsoft and Google Workspace applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.
Executive Assistance - I worked previously as a Virtual Assistant focused on maintaining our property listings, websites, scheduling and coordinating with buyers and sellers, transaction coordinations, buyer retention, research, and many other ad-hoc and one-off tasks. I was mainly the point person for our sales and dispositions department. I was also a part of our management team, directly answering to our CEO for any and all tasks needed.
