I am currently working as an Experienced Accounting Staff in a company that caters US based clients involved in all aspects of accounting, working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology.

BOOKKEEPING SERVICES:
1. Transaction Recording: Accurate recording of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
2. Bank Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of bank statements to ensure consistency between your records and bank statements.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Management of accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
4. Month-end Closing: Preparation of accounting journal entries for monthly close transactional activities, including but not limited to: fixed assets, prepayments, payroll, accruals, reclassifications.
5. General Ledger Maintenance: Managing the general ledger to keep financial records organized and accurate.
6. Monthly Reports: Preparation of monthly profit and loss statements, generation of balance sheets and reviewing of financial statements for accuracy.
7. Data Entry.
